Looking for a Father's Day craft that is unique, simple, and SUPER fast? How about making Dad a key chain...from a plastic cup?!

Supplies:
Translusent, plastic #6 cup
Permanent Markers
Tin foil
Oven
Whole punch
Scissors - options

Directions:
1) Use the permanent markers to decorate the cup. If you would like colors on both sides of the finished key chain, make sure you color the outside AND inside of the cup.

2) Place the cup (opening side down) on a piece of tin foil that is about twice the size of the diameter of the cup lip.

3) Place the tinfoil and cup into a 350° oven for about 2-3 minutes or until the cup has melted into a flat disk. Here is video of one of the cups being transformed:

4) *Adults Only*: Carefully remove the tin foil and the key chain from the oven using an oven mit. The key chain will be cool in minutes.

5) If desired, cut the key chain into the desired shape.

6) Punch a whole in the top of the key chain so that a key ring can be insterted.
