Banana Crumb Cake Muffins


Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not fond of baking. I am on of those..."a little of this, and a little of that" type of gals. I do not like measuring and I REALLY do not like cleaning up the mess I make when I bake. Friends and family would say that I am a pretty good cook, but as soon as it calls for measuring, FORGET IT! UNTIL ... these muffins! Wait until you smell them baking! I can tell you that these are worth the hassle ...

Right after the holidays there is a sort of let down. The doldroms set in. The toys are BOORRING and if you hear the theme song to the Wonder Pets one more time, you may lose your mind. What a great time to gather the kiddos to make the birdies some yummy (and adorable) treats.

What you will need to make around two 2.5 - 3 inch biscuits:


3/4 cup of birdseed
1 tablespoon flour
Water
Cookie cutter
