Cookies For Kids Cancer

Erica O'Connor is hosting her 3rd annual Cookies for Kids Cancer this Sunday, May 20th from 1-5pm at the King Soopers on 136th and Zuni. Erica was inspired to become involed with Cookies for Kids Cancer when her own daughter was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 2.5. Luckily, her daughter is now completely healthy.

Easy Hot Fudge Chocolate Ice Cream Cake


My daughter begged for an ice cream cake this year for her birthday.  My first thought was to hit Baskin Robbins but then she said she wanted hot fudge on it!  So I whipped up this super easy Hot Fudge Chocolate Ice Cream Cake!  

Here's what you will need:
Ice Cream in a rectangular box package
Cake 
Bottle of store bought Hot Fudge
