Meet Arlo and Hops, Louisville's outgoing pet mayors! We'll read a book about dogs, learn about what a mayor does and the upcoming election for a new pet mayor, have a meet and greet with Arlo and Hops, and do a dog-themed craft. This is a free program, but registration is required.
