Event details:
- Celebration: 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Spur hours: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
- FREE for everyone!
- No registration required; plan your visit.
Activities and events:
- Free desserts, including conchitas from Emmanuel’s Bakery.
- A mariachi performance.
- Ballet Folklorico.
- Face painters and hands-on activities for all ages.
- Horses walking on treadmills.
- Veterinarians at work and scientists in labs.
- Kitchen demonstrations.
- A special GES neighborhood space with free food and community connections.
Free shuttle service for GES neighborhood residents
To make it easy for our neighbors in Globeville and Elyria-Swansea to attend, CSU Spur is providing free shuttle transportation from convenient locations.
Shuttle route & schedule:
- 9:45 a.m.: Shuttle service begins at the first pick-up location.
- 11 a.m.: First drop-off at CSU Spur.
- 11 a.m.–3 p.m.: Continuous pick-up and drop-off throughout the day.
- 3 p.m.: Final pick-up from CSU Spur.
- 3:30 p.m.: Final drop-off at Valdez-Perry Branch Library.

- Valdez-Perry Branch Library (4690 Vine St, Denver, CO 80216)
- 5090 Rec Center (5090 Broadway, Denver, CO 80216)

Each shuttle loop will take approximately 35 minutes; please plan your arrival times at pick-up locations accordingly.
For those coming from outside the GES neighborhood, we ask that you park at the National Western Event Center to ensure shuttle availability is focused on residents.
