What is MSC? When a close friend is
struggling, we know how to offer them
support and compassion. Imagine what
it would be like to give yourself the same
caring attention whenever you needed it! All that is required is a shift in the direction of your attention – recognizing that you, too are a worthy recipient of your own kindness. MSC is an empirically-supported program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion in daily life.
This training program is based on the research of Kristin Neff the clinical expertise of Chris Germer. MSC teaches core principles that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care
and understanding.
