We’ll have a special area just for the dogs! The day will be full of furry fun with pet-related vendors. Adoption vans and small dog races will keep you and your pet entertained AND... If you’re interested in making a splash, enter your dog in the Dock Dogs Contest! It’s TWO days of wet competition! Dock Dogs Registration will begin at 8 am on Saturday, September 18, 2021 and Sunday, September 19, 2021. The competition starts at 9 am both days! DockDogs is a sport in which dogs compete in distance or height while jumping from a 40 foot dock into water. There are three disciplines: Big Air (dogs are judged based on the distance jumped), Extreme Vertical (the dog that jumps the highest takes the prize) and Speed Retrieve (a doggy drag race where the fastest rules the pool). Rocky Mountain DockDogs is a club of dog-lovers and their canine companions who support each other during training, host competitions and practices and have a whole lot of fun!
