Ready to soar?! Trapeze classes at Fly Mile High are for all ages (5+) and athletic backgrounds – Come experience the thrill of a lifetime!
During a trapeze class:
- You'll swing and learn multiple acrobatic skills in a safety harness (including our signature trapeze backflip!)
- You'll have the opportunity to get caught by one of our professional catchers via a hand-to-hand transfer midair
- And you'll land in style on our comfy safety net.
This is a fully guided experience. Our expert instructors meet each participant at their individual comfort level and everyone gets to progress at their own pace.
