The Katie's Party Lab is a boutique event planning service based in Erie, Colorado, ecialize in creative, hands-on parties and pop-up experiences for kids, tweens, teens, and adults—including sleepovers, spa parties, paint parties, patch parties, stuffed animal workshops, and luxury picnic setups.
Designed by a NICU nurse and mom of three, our events combine imagination, sensory-friendly touches, and safe setups to help families celebrate both the big milestones and the small, meaningful moments. We offer curated teepee sleepover parties with themes like:

Each sleepover includes everything from themed bedding and trays to twinkle lights and dreamy add-ons like soundscapes, galaxy projectors, balloon toppers, and personalized pillowcases.
Beyond sleepovers, we bring the fun with our Party Lab experiences — hands-on workshops and activities that can be booked as stand-alone events, combined for a full party package, or added to any sleepover.

🎨 Paint Parties with pre-designed canvases and high-quality supplies
🧖♀️ Spa Parties featuring satin robes, plush headbands, facials, DIY masks, and mini pampering stations
🧢 Patch Parties where guests design and heat-press their own trucker hats or beanies
🧸 Stuff-a-Buddy Parties, where each child gets to stuff and adopt a cuddly plush (with a personalized birth certificate and mini T-shirt decorating)
