Plus, 2026 Arts Grants Applications open through Friday, February 6

January 15, 2026

Friday, January 30 | 7– 8:30p.m. | Louisville Center for the Arts

We are ready to set off on a new adventure with the 2026 World Music Concert Series! Our first stop will be Northern India with a performance by Sacred Sound Lab.

Join us for an evening of rare and beautiful artistry featuring Hindustani harpist, vocalist, and bamboo flautist Sheela Bringi, with Brent Kuecker (harmonium, bass, vocals) and tabla virtuoso Nabin Shrestha. Together, the trio presents lush, contemporary renditions of North Indian classical music and Indian folk melodies, shaped through improvisation, modern harmony, and deep rhythms.
