Christy with Slides & Sunshine has gathered and shared details on a treasure trove of hidden gem playgrounds, each with unique features to spark your child's imagination.

1. Cottonwood Park: Adventure Awaits!
(3351 Westlake Dr, Broomfield, CO 80020)
Tucked away in a neighborhood, Cottonwood Park is a short walk with a big payoff. Don't let its size fool you! This playground packs a punch with a two-level tower featuring slides, climbing challenges, and the star of the show – a zipline!  A seated spinner and classic swings round out the options, offering a perfect blend of active and social play for all ages.

2. Broomfield Community Park (Ballfields Playground): Calling All Tag Enthusiasts!
(300 Spader Way, Broomfield, CO 80020)
Did you know Broomfield Community Park hides a secret?  This playground, located next to the ballfields off Spader Way (south of the Aquatic Bay parking lot), boasts a massive structure with high slides, monkey bars, and spinners – the perfect recipe for energetic tag games! Swings and a covered picnic table provide a spot to rest and refuel for more adventures.  Psst! There's another playground hidden within Broomfield Community Park off Descombes Dr., so be sure to explore both!

3. Lac Amora Park: Playhouse Paradise with a Mountain View!
(Miramonte Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80020)
Lac Amora Park offers a trifecta of fun!  First, there's the adorable playhouse – tall enough for older kids to enjoy, with charming "extras" like a stovetop and windows to peek outside. Second, a play structure designed for younger children with a small obstacle course keeps them entertained.  And finally, the park has incredible mountain views across the street, creating a peaceful setting for parents to relax while the kids play.

4. Broadlands East Park: Perfect for Playdates and Peace of Mind!
(3100 Shannon Dr, Broomfield, CO 80023)
While some love the vastness of large playgrounds, Broadlands East Park caters to those who prefer a cozier atmosphere.  This charming little park features a cool tower structure and a friendship swing, perfect for a quick playdate or meeting up with friends. The smaller size allows you to easily keep an eye on your children while enjoying conversations with other parents.
