Bike, Walk & Wheel Week is a celebration of being active and ditching the car for something new - your bike, walking, taking the bus, or some other combination. Throughout the week of September 20th, take part in events, challenges, and more around the City of Louisville both in-person and virtually.

Bike to Work Day
7 am in front of City Hall
Get back in the saddle! Join us Wednesday, Sept. 22, to celebrate Bike to Work Day at the City of Louisville's breakfast station in front of City Hall downtown! This annual event celebrates commuters who choose to travel on their bikes. Each year, the event highlights residents can use biking to reduce traffic, improve air quality and enhance our overall quality of life.

Electric Vehicle and eBike Showcase
3 - 6 pm at Steinbaugh Pavilion
Learn more about some of the latest electric vehicle models on the market and bring along any EV-related questions you might have for the experts at Drive Clean Colorado. Representatives and volunteers are on hand to answer your questions in a no-pressure environment, and with many different models to see, it’s easy to compare features and learn more. Not interested in an electric vehicle? Both eBike of Colorado and the Louisville Cyclery will be on-hand to showcase and discuss ebikes.

Historic Trees of Downtown: Walking Tour
9 am at the Louisville Historical Museum
Join Chris Lichty, City Forester, as he leads a tour about historic and significant trees in Louisville. This tour is cosponsored by the Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Dept. and the Louisville Historical Museum. The tour will depart from the Louisville Historical Museum at 1001 Main St. Louisville, CO 80027.
This is a free in-person event, but registration is required. Space is limited; please reserve a ticket for each attendee.
